How do I get the files?

Right after payment you get a download link by e-mail and, if you have an account, under Downloads. You can re-download later.

Can I use it in a game I sell?

Usually yes: you may use the model in your own digital projects such as games and animations, also commercially, as long as you do not share the model file and it is built into your project so that others cannot easily get it out. This does not apply to fan art (models inspired by characters, props, logos or brands of others) or to models whose product page says they are for personal use only, for example because they are made only for 3D printing. Selling the file itself, or prints without a commercial print licence, is never allowed.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days after buying, you can withdraw as long as you have not started the download. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you start the download, so changing your mind after downloading is no reason for a refund. Something wrong with the files? E-mail support@matrix3d.shop: we fix or replace them, and if that does not work, you get a price reduction or your money back. After a full refund the licence ends and you must delete the files.
