As a consumer you may withdraw without giving a reason: from a purchase of physical products within 14 days after you, or someone you named (not the carrier), received them; from a service, such as design work, custom software development or the updates and support included with a licence, within 14 days after the contract was made.
The quickest way is the online withdrawal function below. You can also e-mail contact@matrix3d.shop with your order number, or fill in the model form further down and e-mail it to us; using the model form is optional. We confirm receipt by e-mail.
Not covered: items made to your specifications, downloads or licence keys you asked us to deliver straight away (the updates-and-support part of a licence is covered), and services we have fully performed at your request. The details are in our return policy.

What happens next
- Physical items: send them back within 14 days after you told us. We e-mail you the return address. The return postage is paid by you.
- We refund the price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days after your withdrawal, to the payment method you used. We may wait until we have the items back or you have shown that you sent them, whichever comes first.
- Services: we refund what you paid, minus the part we already provided at your request (see section 8 of our terms and conditions).
