Boar Jaw — a dual controller stand, from design to print
An original stand that holds two PlayStation controllers in a boar’s jaw — designed in-house, sold as a grey PLA print and as an STL for your own printer.
Problem
A controller stand that works as a display piece instead of a plain bracket, and fits both PS4 controllers and the DualSense.
Solution
Designed in-house as a detailed jaw model (887.8k triangles), checked in a 3D viewer, then printed in grey PLA on our Voron 2.4 with a surface that is ready for paint or an airbrush.
Result
Two products from one design: the printed stand and a print-ready STL download.
The Boar Jaw is an original design: a stand that holds two PlayStation controllers in the jaw of a boar. It is built for PlayStation 4 controllers and also fits the DualSense.
From model to print
The model has 887.8k triangles, so the jaw keeps its detail at full size. The printed version comes off our Voron 2.4 in grey PLA, with a surface that takes paint or an airbrush well — the colour renders below show a few ideas.
