The story behind this print

Complete set of 3D printed parts for the Galileo 2 extruder, printed in ABS on our Voron 2.4. Choose all black or black with green or red accents, plus your chain and front body type.

Galileo 2 Extruder, Printed in ABS
The Galileo 2 represents a full redesign, featuring a shift to a 9:1 gear ratio and an optimized gearbox design compared to the Galileo 1. No parts from the Galileo 1 are reused in the Galileo 2.
The Galileo 2 serves as a direct replacement for the Stealthburner extruder.
Kit Contents:
  • This kit includes all printed parts (excluding the printed_shim.stl file) necessary for assembling the Galileo 2 for your printer.
Additional Information:
  • The weight listed pertains to all the printed parts that will be shipped.
  • The dimensions provided represent the total volume of all parts.
‘All Black’ Option:
  • If you select the “all black” option, the colored parts shown in the pictures will be printed using the same material as the default black parts.

Is this the complete Galileo 2 extruder?

No, it is the printed parts kit. Gears, motor, bearings and hardware are not included; see the Galileo 2 project on GitHub for the full parts list.

Which options do I choose?

Colour (all black or black with green or red accents), chain type (2-hole IGUS or 3-hole generic) and front body (standard or ECAS coupler).

Which printers does it fit?

The Galileo 2 is a direct replacement for the Stealthburner extruder on Voron printers.

How long does it take to arrive?

Prints are made to order: allow up to 2 working days for printing, then 1–2 days with PostNL inside the Netherlands or 3–6 days across the EU. You get a tracking link by e-mail.

Can I paint it?

Yes. Sand lightly, add a coat of filler primer, then acrylics or airbrush paint for a smooth finish.

Can I get a different colour?

Usually yes — we stock more filament colours than we list. Send a message with the product name and colour and we add it for you.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send a photo within 14 days and we reprint and reship it free of charge.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, worldwide with PostNL. Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout; import duties may apply in your country.
