The story behind this print

3D printed parts kit for the Galileo 2 Standalone (G2SA) extruder, a drop-in replacement for the Orbiter 2.0 or Sherpa Mini. Printed in ABS; pick a colour for each part.

Galileo 2 standalone extruder, Printed in ABS.
The Galileo 2 Standalone (G2SA) serves as a direct replacement for the Orbiter 2.0 or Sherpa Mini extruders, utilizing components from the G2E kit for assembly. This compatibility extends the G2 printer lineup to include any printer that supports the Orbiter 2.0 or Sherpa Mini. Additionally, the G2SA is a lightweight extruder, on par with the Orbiter 2.0.

Which extruders does the G2SA replace?

The Orbiter 2.0 and the Sherpa Mini; pick the matching main body in the menu.

Are gears and hardware included?

No. This is the printed parts kit (main body, front plate, rear plate, tensioner arm, extruder knob); the metal parts come from a Galileo 2 (G2E) kit.

Can I mix colours?

Yes. Front body, rear plate, tensioner arm and knob can each be green, red or black.

How long does it take to arrive?

Prints are made to order: allow up to 2 working days for printing, then 1–2 days with PostNL inside the Netherlands or 3–6 days across the EU. You get a tracking link by e-mail.

Can I paint it?

Yes. Sand lightly, add a coat of filler primer, then acrylics or airbrush paint for a smooth finish.

Can I get a different colour?

Usually yes — we stock more filament colours than we list. Send a message with the product name and colour and we add it for you.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send a photo within 14 days and we reprint and reship it free of charge.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, worldwide with PostNL. Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout; import duties may apply in your country.
